Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $65.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Spoonlickers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at spoonlickerswi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

International Shipping We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
